Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor to drive sales and support of Stemline products in the assigned territory. You will build relationships with hospital-based clinicians, manage opportunities, and collaborate with regional leadership to achieve revenue goals.

The role requires 5 years of pharma/biologic experience with oncology exposure, strong communication, and the ability to travel 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharma/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking and driving; travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products to designated customers to meet revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with the RSD.
• Engage hospital HCPs and identify key decision makers.
• Provide post-sales support for all territory business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain CRM and forecast updates for territory.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and report to the RSD.
• Meet individual sales targets and participate in training.
• Complete required Quality & Compliance training.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across activities.
