Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in the United States. The role focuses on selling Stemline products, acquiring new accounts, expanding existing business, and building strong customer relationships to drive revenue and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology.
Breast Cancer experience preferred, ideally within past 7 years.
Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel; minimum expected travel is 50%+

Responsibilities

Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
Serve as a key business partner to clients and develop strong relationships.
Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director on a routine basis.
Develop relationships with hospital HCPs and identify key decision makers for future orders.
Provide post-sales support for all territory business.
