Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager to drive Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor sales across the United States. You will build strategic plans, grow key accounts, and foster strong relationships with hospital-based physicians and care teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharma/biologic sales, including 2 years in oncology; 50%+ travel and a valid driver’s license are required. Competitive base salary with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel that will vary depending on territory. Minimum expected travel is 50%+

Responsibilities

• Sell products to customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with Regional Sales Director.
• Travel to customer sites and attend conferences as needed.
• Provide post-sales support and respond to customer needs to develop optimal solutions.
• Maintain CRM and forecast data.
• Meet sales targets as directed by Management.
