Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and support for breast cancer/solid tumor products in a New Jersey territory. You will build strategic plans, expand hospital partnerships, and maintain CRM-led forecasts to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biologic sales with oncology exposure, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 50%+. Excellent communication and strategic selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel; minimum expected travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hospital HCPs.
• Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Provide post-sales support and respond to customer needs to develop solutions.
• Plan and monitor all sales cycle events using CRM; manage forecasts.
