Job summary

Menarini Stemline is hiring a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in Alabama. You will sell Stemline products to existing and prospective customers, develop strategic business plans, and build strong relationships with hospital HCPs to drive revenue and loyalty.

The role requires 5 years pharma/biologic experience (2 in oncology), a valid driver’s license, travel ~50%, and flexibility. Competitive base salary $180k–$220k plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel is required; minimum 50%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for all key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hospital HCPs.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with leadership on a routine basis.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues with cross-functional teams.
