Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Territory Manager for Breast Cancer/Solid Tumor in New Jersey. You will drive sales, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with hospital-based customers and physicians to expand market share and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology, plus a proven sales track record and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Breast Cancer experience preferred (ideally within past 7 years).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel to customer sites is required; minimum 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
• Track and analyze territory opportunities with Regional Sales Director.
• Engage hospital-based HCPs through meetings and conferences; identify key decision makers.
• Provide post-sales support and respond to customer needs to develop solutions.
• Plan and monitor sales cycle events using CRM; manage forecasts.
