Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of Stemline oncology products across the designated New Jersey territory. You will build strategic plans, develop relationships with hospital-based healthcare professionals, and coordinate with clinical, marketing, and support teams to maximize commercial success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharma/biologic sales, including at least 2 years in oncology, with travel of 50% or more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biologic sales with at least 2 years in oncology.
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Travel to customer sites required, including overnight travel; minimum 50% travel.
• Strong business acumen and ability to exceed quotas.
• Experience with planning, budgeting and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products to existing and new customers within designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospital HCPs and decision makers.
• Monitor and report territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues; coordinate with clinical, marketing and other teams.
