Job summary

Menarini Stemline seeks an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales of oncology products across a broad US hospital and clinical network. You will build and execute strategic plans, engage hospital-based clinicians, and expand key accounts while coordinating with the Regional Sales Director.

The role demands strong relationship-building, post-sale support, and CRM diligence. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharma/biologic sales, with oncology exposure, and readiness for substantial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical/biologic experience with at least 2 years within oncology.
• Proven sales track record in the relevant product line.
• Travel is required to customer sites, including overnight travel; minimum 50%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stemline products to all potential and existing customers in designated territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Create strategic business plans for key customer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hospital HCPs and key decision makers.
• Track, report and analyze territory opportunities with the Regional Sales Director.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer needs or complaints with feasible solutions.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasted product volume, and ensure timely response to inquiries.
