Qualifications

• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in patient care.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Lift and carry 40-50 lbs with occasional heavy patient transfers.

Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and documents patient information and reports changes to RN or provider.
• Assists patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Delivers routine nursing care per plan of care (vital signs, wound care, ambulation support).
• Provides direct and indirect care including daily living activities and clerical tasks as needed.
• Supports team with examinations, procedures, and emergency equipment.
