Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive sustained territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. You will engage oncologists, pathologists, and clinical stakeholders to position Caris as the preferred tumor profiling partner and support adoption of the CMI platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and clinical education.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
• Ensure seamless customer experience across the order lifecycle.
• Maintain CRM documentation and complete administrative tasks.
• Support meetings, conferences, and travel as required.
