Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with GED.
• 2 years of professional office experience with customer service required.
• Experience with electronic medical scheduling preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Windows and MS Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and greets patients; routes calls to the appropriate department.
• Coordinates patient scheduling across internal clinics and external referrals.
• Enters schedules in the EHR and ensures patients are not missed.
• Follows SOPs for external follow ups and pre-certifications.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and supports billing documentation.
