Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of complex scheduling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EPIC, Excel, Lawson and Microsoft Office.
• Strong medical terminology and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage oncology treatment schedules and outpatient procedures.
• Schedule treatments and verify authorization prior to scheduling.
• Create schedules to maximize efficiency and resolve conflicts.
• Interact with multidisciplinary team to improve scheduling processes.
• Provide high-quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and patient access metrics.
