Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years' experience in a call center/healthcare and/or public health setting OR associate degree and one year of customer service relations experience.
• HFMA CRCR certification within 12 months of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Advanced knowledge of CPT4, ICD9/10, HCPCS, and modifiers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patients’ appointments within the Oncology Clinic and related follow-ups, scans, and labs.
• Collaborate with physicians’ nurses and other facilities to ensure well-coordinated, timely care and successful treatment schedules.
