You will assist with telephone coverage, respond to emails and portal requests, and ensure accurate EHR documentation so patients are not missed.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets patients; routes calls to appropriate department
• Follows scheduling guidelines to interpret orders and treatment plans into appointments
• Conducts patient check-out workflow and communicates scheduling details
• Tracks patients in EHR for next location and ensures no patient is missed
• Ensures canceled/missed appointments are followed up and documented
