Job summary

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a PRN Scheduler for the St. Marys Regional Hospital to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in hospital/medical office scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Verify/update demographic data and avoid duplicate records.
• Coordinate complex oncology schedules across departments and systems.
• Communicate with providers, nurses, staff, and patients to schedule accurately.
• Complete insurance verification for new patient consults.
