Job summary

Global Top 10 Pharma Oncology Division seeks an experienced Oncology Sales Specialist to drive prescription sales in hospitals and clinics in the Los Angeles and Ventura County area.

You will manage relationships with oncologists, present product value, and achieve sales targets through strategic account planning. Strong track record in pharma sales to specialists is required.

• 5–10+ years of pharma sales experience to specialists and hospitals.

$245,000 to $265,000++ Total Income Package Plus Car

COMPANY:

• Oncology specialty division of a global top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer
• A leader in their segments of the industry.
• A growing company with a strong focus of acquiring new products

POSITION:

• Oncology Sales Specialist
• Sell prescription medicines to oncologists in hospitals and clinics.

TERRITORY:

• Los Angeles and Ventura Counties

COMPENSATION:

• Total income package is $245K-265K or more
• Base Salary $190-208K (depending upon experience)
• Bonus plan adds $55K at goal, but can be even higher based on personal performance
• Top reps earn LTI based on performance
