EPM Scientific is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to support the expansion of a newly established oncology business focused on rare hematologic and oncologic conditions. This remote role serves the Pacific Northwest territory.

You will drive adoption of specialty hematology and oncology products, educate healthcare professionals, and build relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key stakeholders while supporting patient access initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Hematology and/or Oncology sales experience required.
• Strong record of quota attainment and sales performance.
• Launch experience preferred.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and patient support programs preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership teams.

A growing specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to support the expansion of a newly established oncology business focused on rare hematologic and oncologic conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to join a commercial organization at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in building awareness, driving product adoption, supporting patient access, and developing relationships across the hematology and oncology community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of specialty hematology and oncology products across community and academic treatment centers.
• Educate healthcare professionals on disease states, treatment pathways, and patient support resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Support patient access through specialty pharmacy and patient support programs.
• Identify and develop local and regional thought leader relationships.
• Execute territory business plans and launch initiatives.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $170K-$200K
