Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join the Texas Oncology team. This role involves supervising the revenue cycle liaison department, driving KPI performance, and coordinating with sites of service across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma.

Expect 25–50% travel and a Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or Business or 7+ years of revenue cycle experience, with strong knowledge of medical billing and CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and managed care

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent or 7+ years revenue cycle experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing and collections with CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, coding and medical terminology, and understanding of managed care products (HMO, PPO).
• Knowledge of multiple PMS platforms and oncology billing preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily operation of the revenue cycle liaison department to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly liaison functions are performed.
• Oversees all aspects of liaison functions and monitors revenue cycle KPI performance.
• Maintains communications with sites of service and responds to concerns.
• Recruits, hires and supervises staff and develops performance goals.
• Identifies process gaps and develops tools to improve efficiencies.
• Performs post-project reviews and implements corrective actions.
• Adheres to payor policies and HIPAA laws.
• Supports compliance program and company values.
