Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Provider Account Manager to drive awareness and adoption of our clinical trial services among external oncology providers.

You will educate oncologists, hematologists, and related specialists on AI-powered trial matching and concierge support, and guide referrals and enrollment processes. This remote, field-based role requires 70–75% travel within your territory, with home-based office setup and frequent visits to clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years in field-based provider relations, outreach, liaison, account management, or sales with healthcare providers (oncology/hematology preferred).
• Strong communication skills; able to educate providers and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on AI-powered matching tools and concierge services.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinical teams in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support trial referrals and provider onboarding.
• Conduct field visits to oncology clinics and community practices.
• Travel 70–75% of time within the local territory.
• Track physician interactions, referrals, and engagement in CRM systems.
• Provide feedback from providers to improve services and communication.
• Identify trial opportunities aligned with contracted studies and geographic targets.
