• Must successfully complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying position.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors, checks in arrivals, and informs clinical staff of patient arrival.
• Collects and proofs demographic and insurance information; collects co-pays and issues receipts.
• Answers calls, screens inquiries, routes messages, and pages clinic personnel as needed.
• Schedules CT/PET scans and outside consults as approved by physicians.
• Maintains lobby area, files, and office supplies; ensures HIPAA confidentiality.
