Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a patient services associate to greet patients, perform check-in/check-out, verify eligibility, and assist with scheduling and MyChart education in a fast-paced practice.

You will support front desk operations, handle cash transactions, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with Access Center teams to address time-sensitive requests while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Preference given to graduates of administrative training programs.
• Minimum one year practice-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients with polite, compassionate service.
• Perform clerical tasks: check-in/check-out, scheduling, eligibility verification, and payments.
• Assist with patient education and MyChart guidance.
• Support practice operations including opening/closing, mail, and faxes processing.
