Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Access Representative to support patient care delivery in a clinic setting. You will handle appointment scheduling, data entry, and patient communications while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred experience with medical terminology and customer service. On-site work with opportunities to connect with various hospital departments is available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or business college certificate preferred.
• Experience with computer data entry and customer service is favored.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments and manage check-in/check-out.
• Enter patient data into computer systems accurately and completely.
• Communicate with patients about appointments, forms, and documentation.
• Prepare release of information and consent forms as required by law and coordinate with other providers.
