Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Access Representative to support patient care delivery in the Northwest Missouri facilities. You will act as a receptionist, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry for registrations and visits.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple phone lines, and a focus on confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Training will be provided, with a starting rate of $16.00 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Perform check-in and check-out functions in clinic.
• Enter patient data and manage medical records and visit creation.
• Handle telephone calls and act as a receptionist for patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Assist with deposits and daily reconciliation of charges.
