Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Access Representative to support patient intake and front-desk operations in a clinic setting. You will assist with data collection and custodianship while aiding care delivery and follow-up.

You will handle scheduling, data entry, patient communications, and coordination with departments. Travel between facilities may be required to support the system-wide access team.

Qualifications

• Proficient data entry and basic clerical tasks.
• Strong communication with patients, providers and staff.
• Ability to answer multiple phone lines, type, file and handle money.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments; check in/out in clinic.
• Enter patient data accurately in computer systems and manage medical records.
• Communicate with patients about appointments, insurance forms and required documents.
• Prepare release of information and consent forms; coordinate with other providers.
