GSK in the United States is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC, guiding providers and patients through onboarding, coverage, and reimbursement across the Oncology portfolio.

The role focuses on non-promotional support, consent capture, and collaboration with payer and specialty teams to resolve access barriers, while ensuring HIPAA and internal compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or related navigation roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding them through coverage, coding, and payment questions.
• Educate on payer policies, assist with prior authorizations, and enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs.
