Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and valid driver’s license.
• Non-promotional role focusing on patient access and payer support.

Responsabilités

• Be the SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, guiding onboarding and ongoing care in oncology programs.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, prior auths, coding, and access pathways.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
