Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for oncology patients and providers, guiding them through onboarding, coverage, and reimbursement within program rules.

You will educate on payer policies, support enrollment in patient assistance and access programs, and document all activities in Salesforce Health Cloud while ensuring HIPAA compliance across the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, helping patients and providers navigate insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients and providers on coverage and reimbursement.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services and PAP programs.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes and cost-sharing, including alternative coverage options.
