Job summary

This role supports a fast-paced hospital setting with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred in healthcare or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• Register patients and collect initial information.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss patient liabilities.
• Support multiple hospital services and departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth patient flow.
