Job summary

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN in an Oncology setting or equivalent oncology training within the last year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Current CA RN license is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• All external candidates must have a BSN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care of patients across pre-admit, hospitalization, discharge and follow-up in outpatient settings.
• Plan, educate and support patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Maintain program data for analysis and RFPs; collaborate with Director and Medical Director for program growth.
