Competenze

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD/PharmD/PhD/RN or equivalent).
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry including Medical Affairs or field medical leadership.
• Proven success leading and coaching teams in oncology or related areas.
• Strong understanding of oncology landscapes and US healthcare environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with medical, clinical, commercial, and access teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for scientific engagement.
• Data analytics, insight generation, and medical metrics tracking.
• Experience in matrix organizations with stakeholder management.
• Commitment to inclusive culture and team development.
