GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Director to build and lead a high-performing team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in the United States. You will coach, develop, and manage talent, align strategies with medical objectives, and drive integrated medical communication plans to advance oncology initiatives.

You will collaborate with medical directors, clinical development, and commercial colleagues, ensuring compliant, data-driven engagement and performance.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or field leadership.
• Strong oncology knowledge and leadership track record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach MSLs to drive engagement and performance.
• Develop medical account plans and Field Medical Engagement Plan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize capabilities and outcomes.
• Represent MSLs in cross-functional meetings.
• Ensure compliance with standards and policies.
