GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Director to build and lead a high-performing team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in the US. You will coach, develop, and manage talent while shaping medical account plans and engaging with medical directors and clinical teams.

You will ensure compliance, drive performance metrics, and align MSL activities with the medical plan and strategic objectives across oncology. A fieldworker model supports flexible, nationwide coverage.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/RN) or equivalent.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech including Medical Affairs or field medical leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching or developing others in oncology or related area.
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical landscapes and US healthcare.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with medical, clinical, commercial, and access teams.
