Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, RN, or equivalent).
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, incl. Medical Affairs or field leadership.
• Strong oncology knowledge and US healthcare landscape understanding.
• Cross-functional collaboration across medical, clinical, commercial, and access teams.
• Commitment to inclusive culture and team development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach an MSL team, ensuring engagement and performance.
• Develop and align MSL strategies with business goals and plans.
