Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will engage oncologists and pathologists, educate clinicians on CMI platform, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

This role demands oncologic or molecular diagnostics sales experience, excellent communication skills, and regular travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in oncology/diagnostics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
• Support physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, including access to PHI when required.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete required administrative tasks.
• Travel as required to meet customers and attend conferences or trade shows.
