Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will build clinical relationships with oncologists and pathologists, support ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform, and work with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.

The role requires sales experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and territory growth through strategic prospecting and education.
• Manage key customer relationships across oncology clinics, pathology labs, and hospitals.
• Support ordering, interpretation, and adoption of Caris molecular profiling solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain CRM documentation.
• Present clinical and technical benefits and assist with billing/reimbursement discussions.
