Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio and advance scientific relationships with key oncology stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted scientific resource, delivering disease-state education and non-promotional exchanges while gathering actionable field insights.

The role covers East, Central, or West territories with extensive travel, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals to advance the Medical

Formación

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD/NP/PA).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and insight-generation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as field-based scientific expert and execute Medical Affairs strategy in assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain credible, trusted relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on oncology data and standards of care.
• Acquire, maintain and communicate high-level scientific knowledge across therapeutic areas.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support educational initiatives.
