Job summary

Celltrion USA in Seattle seeks a seasoned Key Account Director (KAD) for Oncology to lead strategic engagement with IDNs, health systems and large practices. You will drive launching and adoption of our biosimilar portfolio and ensure successful product launches in the assigned territory.

The role requires deep knowledge of biologics, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in pharma-commercial roles.
• Deep knowledge of biologics and biosimilars.
• Experience with IDNs, health systems, and large group practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans with IDNs and health systems to drive biosimilar uptake.
• Engage key decision-makers and cross-functional teams to support product launches.
• Negotiate contracts and manage market access discussions with providers.
• Analyze sales data and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
