Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a part-time Infusion RN (.90 FTE) to join our interdisciplinary care team at South Lake Union. You will perform nursing assessments, administer IV therapies, educate patients and families, and coordinate with oncology specialists to optimize symptom management.

Requires RN license in WA, BLS, and ONS chemo provider card within 3 months. The role offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and supportive professional development

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice in WA.
Current BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy provider card within 3 months.
Oncology/infusion experience and ability to work in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and symptom needs and develop care plans.
Administer IV hydration, chemotherapy/biotherapy, and blood products as ordered.
Educate patients and families about disease, treatment, and side effects.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and other resources.
Engage in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.
