Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking an Infusion RN to join an interdisciplinary care team at the Evergreen Clinic in Kirkland, WA. This 0.7 FTE position offers 9–10 hour shifts totaling 28 hours per week.

You will administer treatment and supportive regimens, educate patients and families, and collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Oncology experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State RN license or MSL; WA primary state updated within 60 days.
• Oncology nursing experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• Current BLS HCP card; renewal every two years.
• ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and plan care accordingly.
• Develop a tailored plan of care based on disease, symptoms, and treatment response.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatments, side effects, and symptom management.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer IV hydration, chemotherapy/biotherapy, and blood products; manage venous access.
