Job summary

Natera in Memphis, TN is hiring an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to drive account sales, service and support for Oncology products, focusing on patient adherence to the prescribed test cadence and improving outcomes. You will build relationships with oncology accounts, monitor testing, and educate clinicians on Natera tools, while leveraging KPIs to optimize patient retention and test fulfillment.

This field-based role includes travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology; minimum 2 years of medical sales experience.

Responsibilities

Grow, maintain and support existing customers with assigned COS.
Build relationships with key Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
Monitor patient testing to ensure protocol adherence.
Assess needs of medical professionals and staff for patient support and logistics.
Become experts on Natera Oncology products and processes.
Educate professionals on tools and resources to manage test orders.
Utilize internal reports on KPIs for patient retention and order volume.
Collaborate with sales reps, patient coordinators, and territory managers to optimize outcomes.
