Zusammenfassung

Merck is seeking a results-driven Oncology Sales Representative to drive growth in the Minneapolis, Minnesota territory and surrounding areas. This field-based role involves engaging with oncology customers, educating stakeholders on oncology products, and achieving sales goals while traveling as required.

You will work with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and district manager to understand practice models, build relationships, and deliver customer-focused solutions in a dynamic market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, healthcare/oncology field experience, marketing experience, or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.
• Travel the amount of time the role requires, including overnight travel 10–15%.
• reside in or near the district.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed the assigned sales goals for the geography.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand their practice structure and business model.
• Communicate the patient-centered rationale for our oncology products.
• Analyze market trends and patterns across multiple drug distribution channels.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and others to plan short- and long-term actions.
• Ensure a consistent customer experience across divisions and share learnings to support customer needs.
