Job summary

Massive Bio is building a growth engine to identify cancer patients and enroll them into clinical trials through an end-to-end recruitment funnel. You will work with clinical operations, technology, and partner networks to streamline outreach, screening, consent, and site referrals.

You will lead a fast-growing team, scale processes across countries, and drive enrollment metrics with data-driven decisions. This is a high-velocity, cross-functional leadership role in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, technology, and provider engagement to drive throughput.
• Build and manage a team of Project Managers as volume scales.
• Coordinate with sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks across countries.
