Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager in Oncology Clinical Trials to lead the growth engine for patient enrollment. The role starts with identifying eligible patients, guiding them through to site referral, screening, consent, and randomization, while coordinating with clinical operations, technology, and provider networks.

You’ll drive throughput across sites, sponsors, and CROs, own enrollment outcomes, and scale delivery by building a team of project managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operational delivery in a multi-stakeholder setting.
• Experience finding/enrolling patients into oncology trials.
• Ability to build dashboards and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs and networks.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end-to-end from identification to randomization.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across countries/time zones.
• Drive throughput, reduce friction, and scale delivery capacity.
• Build and manage a team of project managers as volume grows.
