Job summary

Massive Bio seeks a Patient Growth Manager to own the end‑to‑end funnel—from identifying eligible cancer patients to referral, screening, consent, and randomization—driving enrollment alongside clinical ops, technology, and site networks.

You will coordinate with sites, sponsors, CROs, and health systems across countries to scale throughput while reducing cycle times, hiring and leading a small delivery team as volume grows.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience enrolling patients into clinical trials; not just managing sites.
• Oncology experience with understanding indications and eligibility.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel and driving throughput.
• 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder operational delivery in clinical trials or healthcare.
• Ability to build dashboards and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end, from identification to randomization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external sites, sponsors, CROs to drive throughput.
• Scale delivery by building and leading a team of Project Managers.
• Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle times while maintaining quality.
