Job summary

Beacon Clinic Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Receptionist to join our clinic. You will handle patient check-in/out, insurance information, and payments while guiding visitors to the right departments.

The role requires excellent communication, a compassionate bedside manner, and the ability to work well in a team in a clinical setting. On-site work with benefits provided comes with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office is strongly preferred.
• Oncology office experience preferred.
• Experience in a front office position or other administrative duties a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/out, including intake forms and insurance information.
• Direct walk-in visitors to the appropriate department or staff.
• Prepare patients for appointments and advise on what to bring (insurance, medications).
• Use office equipment and navigate medical software programs (Microsoft Office).
• Help maintain a clean and stocked front office, patient lounge, and break areas.
• Support clinic areas to ensure a comfortable environment.
