Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule oncology appointments for patients.
• Review clinical documentation and coordinate with departments.
• Respond to patient calls and inquiries regarding scheduling.
• Assist in urgent scheduling and support other schedulers.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with patients.
• Reschedule appointments as necessary.
