Copper State Credit Union is seeking a Training Specialist I to bolster branch services training, onboarding, and employee development. You will shadow staff, coordinate schedules, and deliver both in-class and virtual sessions to ensure new hires are proficient and aligned with CSCU standards.

The role emphasizes documentation, feedback loops, and ongoing development planning, with a focus on service excellence and member satisfaction within a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Strong oral and written presentation and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to project a positive image for the credit union.
• Education equivalent to HS diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Credit Union movement and philosophy preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with tact and accountability.
• Cross-functional teamwork experience.
• Creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness valuable.
• Organized, adaptable, and responsive to trainee needs.
• Sound judgment, critical-thinking, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly perform job shadowing in Branch Services to provide staffing assistance.
• Coordinate new employee training schedules and Welcome Letters.
• Review and prepare classroom materials before training.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training, including New Employee Onboarding.
• Develop proficiency in classroom management and escalation processes.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance; provide feedback to managers.
• Review post-training evaluations and adjust training as needed.
• Provide onsite observations and shoulder-to-shoulder training.
• Offer observation feedback and help create ongoing training plans.
• Identify additional training opportunities and assist with development plans.
