This role is responsible for building effective training programs, managing employee onboarding, writing clear internal procedures, and acting as a liaison between the IT and Member Services departments - especially during system or technology upgrades.

Education & Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Experience developing training programs and operations procedures preferred.
