• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs based on staff needs, including supporting new systems and technology rollouts.
• Create and maintain procedures: document and update internal procedures for products, services, and systems in collaboration with IT, Member Services, and vendors.
• Support employee development: assess training needs, manage learning resources, and promote a culture of continuous learning to ensure exceptional member service.

• Fluency in both English and Ukrainian required
