Job summary

The Sygma Network, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager to lead onboarding and continuous training to improve colleague performance, engagement and retention across the site.

You will partner with Department Leads, HR and Safety Leaders to develop onboarding programs for Drivers and Warehouse staff, manage the 90-day orientation, and drive a feedback-driven performance culture through coaching and training analytics.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in Training & Development or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of training-related experience.
• Experience building onboarding programs and coaching cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding training programs for Drivers and Warehouse staff.
• Lead regular training meetings and evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Track and communicate progress to site leadership and address remedial training needs.
• Facilitate translation of classroom skills to job performance through coached sessions.
• Drive a culture of feedback as part of development process for all positions.
