• 4 year degree in Training & Development-related field or commensurate experience in similar field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Training-related role.
• Experience building onboarding training for individual-contributor positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding training programs with a focus on colleague performance.
• Select and indirectly manage On-The-Job Trainers in Transportation and Warehouse departments.
• Oversee onboarding process for new drivers and warehouse staff through 90-day orientation.
• Track and analyze training-related activity and report progress to site leadership.
• Facilitate translation of classroom skills to job performance and provide coaching.
